All cruise passengers will take the bus shuttle from the ship in Shakespeare Bay to the Bus Stop at the Picton Visitors Centre. If ship is in Picton wharf shuttles will also bring you the Centre. Follow the directions and instructions on your ticket/voucher. View Location

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point

Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
We will be waiting at the Cruise Shuttle Bus Stop on footpath along from the Picton Visitors Centre . Turn right off the bus and follow the blue line on footpath 20 yards to us where we will have a yellow signboard with your name. We have a black uniform. If raining we will escort you to the vehicle asap. If we are already taking guests to the van please wait under the red canopy. It would be appreciated if you could take an early shuttle to reach us 45 minutes prior to start time. Start time could be earlier if all on board.

Cut off time for booking has been set for 12 hours prior to tour departure. Due to advance bookings being required for additional activities. However booking is flexible up to an hour prior to tour departure.

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
Your tour guide provides a 6 seat vehicle for smaller private groups.
Worry-free Shore Excursion: We will ensure your excursion ends with ample time for you to return to the Picton Port for your ship’s departure. In the extreme unlikely event your ship has departed, we will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call. If your ship is delayed and you are unable to attend this activity, your money will be refunded. See our terms and conditions for full details.

Ticket Redemption

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket• If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Minimum drinking age is 18 years Your Local Chauffeur will meet you 15 minutes prior to Tour start time at the vehicle located in the Picton Visitors Centre car Park with a signboard "Your Local Chauffeur" and with your name. The Car Park is only 30 seconds walk from the bus stop. Feel free to call Your Local Chauffeur on +64 22018 2470. If you dock at Waitohi Wharf (and there is no bus shuttle), it is a 2 minute walk to the Picton Visitors Centre where you will meet your chauffeur in the car park. Alternatively you may request the Wharf Security to call us to collect you at the ship if required.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Auckland time to receive 100% refund.
