This is the only Latin rhythms dance class available in the Talamanca area, offering a unique experience in the heart of this charming Caribbean town. In this class, we’ll explore the rhythms and moves of Bachata and Salsa, or both, based on your preference. We begin by focusing on timing and rhythm to build a solid foundation. Then, we warm up with essential open steps to get comfortable with the music. Next, we’ll cover the basics of turns to add style and fluidity to your movements. Finally, we’ll dive into partner work, emphasizing connection and teamwork. Dance is about collaboration, and here, we’ll grow together. Whether you’re dancing solo, with a partner, or in a group, this class provides a supportive environment. Dance is healing, and I’m excited to share this passion with you!
