- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Pricing is per vehicle per transfer with maximum 7 guests
- Complimentary transfers are offerred from selected City Centre based Hotels.
- Surcharge will apply should your collection be outside of the City Centre area.
- Collection times are based on flight information received and whether it is during peak or off peak traffic.
- Cullinan Guided Journeys strictly follow the SA Government approved TBCSA Health and Safety COVID-19 Protocols. Should guests present COVID-19 symptoms, COVID testing and quarantine will be at their own cost. We recommend that you ensure that your guests take adequate personal travel insurance cover before departure from home.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Please note: after an hour (standard) of the flight arrival time, if you do not show up then the driver will be instructed to leave. If you are delayed for whatever reason (ie… lost luggage) you must let us know or let the driver know so that he knows that you are there. • If you do not contact us to inform us and the driver is waiting for an hour, you will be regarded as a ‘no show’ and will be charged 100%. Should you contact us after the 1 hour waiting period to say you are still waiting for the transfer – you will be charged again and this may cause an even further delay in them reaching the hotel especially if you have been traveling for hours.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Africa/Johannesburg time to receive 100% refund.
