The Eagle's Nest
Mannisteig, Berchtesgaden, Germany, 83471Eagles Nest & Bavarian Alps Option - You tour guide will join you on your journey up to the Eagle’s Nest. You will board specially build Busses to drive up the Eagle’s Nest Road, voted one of the most beautiful mountain roads of Europe. This 20 minute bus ride takes us to the bus parking which is located 124 meters below the Eagle’s Nest. We then walk 124 meters in to a tunnel that gives access to the historical elevator. This will take us in to the house itself where your guide will explain how everything was furnished and used during the Third Reich. After this detailed exclusive information, you will have time to explore more of the location. You can walk up to the top of the mountain for pictures and maybe have a refreshment on the sun terrace. There you will enjoy 360 degrees of breathtaking Eagle eye views over the Bavarian alps.
