About the Activity
If you think of el Garbí, the typical photo in its lookout point – one of the most instagrammable corners of València, immediately comes to mind. But, pay attention! Apart from the photo spot, you can also take the opportunity to do a hike, enjoy the nature that surrounds this incredible viewpoint and discover new places less than an hour from the city. Mirador del Garbí is located 600 meters above sea level, between the towns of Serra, Náquera and Segart. From the top you will be able to contemplate beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, Sierra de Irta, Oropesa, Puerto de Sagunto and on clear days you can even see the Columbretes Islands. If you take advantage of evening hours and go when it is getting dark, the sunset from el Garbí is incredible.5 hours

We will meet in Valencia and after just 30 minutes of driving we will arrive in Segart, the village where the route begins. Here you'll have an option of having a cup of coffee before the start of the hike. The route starts with a trail through the forest, which goes on for about 2 kilometers.
Next, the most fun part of the activity start - making our way up scrambling the rocks. The route is widely known as "Ruta de las Cadenas", since there are chains mounted in the rock in several places, to ensure the safety of hikers and the possibility of progressing forward. Eventually, we will get to the top and get a great reward - the views from top of el Garbí. The panoramic views from here include a large part of Valencian coast and the city itself. This is why this viewpoint is also called "The Balcony of Valencia".
The way down is along an easier trail, with no technical difficulties. Once we're back to Segart, you'll have an option of having a post-hike drink in a bar after which we will drive back to Valencia.View Location
