Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Staff will be holding a sign with the name used for booking at the arrival hall. Waiting Two & half hours are allowed in Airport. Waiting One hour is allowed in Hotel 50 SR waiting charges would be charged for one hour waiting.
- Travelers will be picked up 10 minutes before departure time

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional transfer in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Asia/Riyadh time to receive 100% refund.
