About the Activity
Did you know that there are many vegan dishes in Tuscany? Discover some during our Tuscan Vegan cooking class. An experience lasting approximately 3 hours that will immerse you entirely in the Tuscan tradition, to the rediscovery of simple dishes of the peasant tradition which do not involve animal derivatives but only the good things that our land gives us. You will learn to make typical Tuscan Pici with a vegan sauce, typical vegan appetizers, a vegan second course, and a vegan dessert. Besides the cooking experience, you will have the chance to have an authentic wine tasting with at least four of our organic wines, six kinds of EVO oils, and three balsamic vinegars. The experience starts with our vineyard and olive grove tour together with a family member. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen and you will learn how to make a vegan fresh pasta paired with a tuscan vegetable sauce.
You are also going to learn how to make vegan bruschetta and a vegan cake.
Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared and each course will be paired with a different organic wine and all our extra virgin olive oils.
