These highly educated women had the precarious nickname Keisei (or Castle-toppler), for their reputation of stealing the hearts of upper-classmen. In Niigata, Oiran were always very popular in the Furumachi area. Today, in the near-by Honcho area there are many places that allow visitors to experience all the splendor of Oiran fashion. An Oiran teacher who is a qualified color coordinator will pick clothing and makeup styles that uniquely match your complexion and temperament.
Professional photoshoot. A photoshoot in a professionally set up and lit studio, that is guaranteed to reveal all of your charm.
At least 20 shots will be taken. After, 3 photos of your choice will be professionally edited and given to you.
Opportunity to take your own pictures in an outdoor setting. The venue is located on a traditional Japanese street. You would have the chance to pose among Japanese style houses and enjoy a different atmosphere than the one inside.
