Travel Itinerary

Once you have confirmed your booking with us, please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist. Flight Tracking: We track the flight for all its arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will not leave. On arrival at the Hewanorra International Airport in St. Lucia, after clearing Customs/Immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage claim and then locate our representative waiting for you outside the baggage claim/customs area to greet you. The rep should have a sign with your name. For Departure, our confirmed customers will be sent pickup time at least 24 hours prior to the day of their departure. Guest should be present in the front desk area at the stated pickup time to meet their driver. If the customer did not receive the notification confirming your return transfer, please contact us via email or by phone to confirm the pickup time. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations
  • Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
  • Flight Tracking, we track the flight for all our arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, we will not leave. On arrival at the Hewanorra International Airport, after clearing Customs/Immigration, our representative will be waiting to greet you with a sign of your name. Your confirmation document will detail the meeting point instructions. For departure from the hotel to the airport, customers will have detailed instructions on their confirmation document of notification for pickup time based on flight departure. The driver will meet you at the front desk area of the resort. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.
