Rent one of our amazing pontoon boats & enjoy the day cruising the waters of Rehoboth Bay! These boats are comfortable for the entire family and can fit up to 10 guests per boat!
If making this booking, I agree to all of the following:
1.) Operators MUST be 18 years or older AND provide a Valid Driver's License at the time of check-in. (ID Cards and Passports are NOT accepted under
Delaware Law § 2213.)
2.) I was born before January 1, 1978, or have successfully completed a boating safety course that is approved by the State of Delaware. Here are 4 different state approved courses you can choose from to complete!

Please make sure to bring a copy with you so we can verify this requirement!
3.) Operators MUST have a basic understanding of the English Language.
4.) All Boats MUST Remain in the Rehoboth Bay or Lewes Canal.
(THIS MEANS NO INDIAN RIVER BAY/INLET/PARADISE GRILL)
5.) Operators CANNOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
PLEASE NOTE:
Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in a refusal of the rental equipment and NO REFUND. We have a limited amount of equipment with high demand, so please read the above criteria carefully before agreeing.
