Practising yoga outside adds a new dimension to your practice! The elements of nature turn every class into a creative and playful experience. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, meet new people, and feel healthier and more balanced! The classes are fine, even with a little bit of summer rain, but we will cancel in case of heavy rain. You can rebook or get a full refund, if the class is cancelled.1 hour

Awaken and align your body with this nourishing and revitalizing yoga flow on Brighton's seafront and parks. We will focus on oiling the joints, balancing the breath, building strength and fluidity, and stretching out any stiffness throughout the body.

This is a beginner-friendly yoga flow. All levels are welcome!
Please bring your mat, water, and any yoga props you would like to use!
