About the Activity

Come along to a scenic hike through East Brighton Nature Reserve. With your instructor guiding you, you'll start your day with some Qi-Gong-inspired movements before heading out for a scenic hike through rolling hills, winding paths and wide-open grasslands, enjoying the panoramic view of Brighton's stunning coastline along the way. We will pause for a beginner-friendly, feel-good yoga flow and a picnic on the way.

We'll start the day with some Qi-Gong-inspired movements before heading out for a panoramic hike with a view of Brighton's stunning coastline. We will pause for a beginner-friendly, feel-good yoga flow and a picnic on the way. It is a soothing remedy to the tensions of modern life and the ideal opportunity to get back to nature and reconnect with mind, body and soul. Duration The trip takes about 4-5 hours, but it could be shorter or longer depending on the group. Fitness Level The yoga practice is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. You need to be able to walk up a moderate slope. Weather Even with a bit of summer rain, the event is fine, but we have to cancel it in case of wind and rain warnings or thunderstorms.
