When visiting the pristine environment of world famed Margaret River wine region in the South West of Western Australia, the sky is one of the drawcards. And relaxing sunset time is the best time of the day to wind down with your loved one or close friends. All one needs is a secluded setting with picture perfect balance of vineyards, nature conservation area, manicured lawns and dam filled with frogs and resident water bords. Passel Estate is the only winery in the renown Margaret River region opening its doors to an early evening relaxation, when one can learn about our nature conservation program and learn, and taste, our exquisite wines. These single vineyard wines are matched by exclusive created bonbons, only available for our use and our guests. This is luxury as not seen in Margaret River before.1 hour 30 minutes

Enjoy a relaxing and intimate early evening in the beautiful surrounds of Passel Estate. Learn about our wildlife conservation and bushland sanctuary, and discover the provenance of our Margaret River wines.
Start your evening with a private after-hours tasting of each of our award-winning, single vineyard wines, including the rare and exclusive Lot 71 Reserve wines.
Then settle down as the sun sets over the vines to enjoy a generous glass (topped up) of your favourite Passel Estate wine alongside a platter of local, artisanal cheeses.
As dusk falls, head home to finish the evening with our complimentary chocolate encased bonbons that have been designed and hand-crafted to pair perfectly with your chosen wine.
