Tarangire National Park
TanzaniaAfter breakfast, the tour departs between 08:30 - 09:00.
After breakfast, your private guide will pick you up and your private safari with a private 4x4 safari vehicle starts.
The first park visited is Tarangire where you will arrive at the lodge for lunch and will enjoy an afternoon game drive. The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors to the park in the June to November dry season can expect to see large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and cape buffalo.
Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik dik, impala, eland, Grant's gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon.
