Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Ocean Queen's designated driver will pickup Travelers at Hotel's Lobby. Our team will inform travelers the pickup Time and please be ready on time. (Tolerable waiting time is 10 minutes due to punctuality of the Trip). If your Hotel including breakfast in the package, you could ask the reception to prepare the breakfast box the day before your trip.
- Travelers will be picked up 30 minutes before departure time
