Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sign with the Lead Passenger's name. The driver will wait for maximum 60 minutes after the flight has landed.

- Please note, infants must be transported in a suitable child restraint which can be organized and paid direct to the operator.

- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Atlantic/Reykjavik time to receive 100% refund.
