Guartela Canyon
Parque Estadual do Guartela, Parque Estadual Guartela, Tibagi, Brazil, 84300-000Leaving Curitiba, we will go straight to Canyon Guartelá is a Brazilian canyon located on the Campos Gerais plateau, between the municipalities of Castro and Tibagi, in Paraná. It is considered the sixth largest canyon in the world by extension and the longest in Brazil. We will do the basic trail - it is around 5 km round trip 2 and a half to 3 hours walk, on this trail it is possible to visit the Mirante do Parque, Cachoeira da Ponte de Pedra (bathing is not possible) and panels of Sumidouro (natural pools), where it is possible to bathe. Tibagi, BrazilAfter lunch we will do the Rafting on the Tibagi River, all the safety equipment and instruction for rafting are included in the package.
