Do you like Mexican food and want to learn how to prepare typical dishes in a traditional way? This class is for you, 100% practical with written menus included, you will learn how to prepare various traditional dishes from the region that you can easily replicate in your place of origin. You will learn the meaning of the terminology of Mexican cuisine and why traditional utensils were used since pre-Hispanic times. You will learn to select the best ingredients for each dish: Meat in its Juice or Pozole, or Tamales, or Stuffed Chiles, Jarritos with Tequila, a whole menu with a tequila-based drink, main course, dessert and accessories, when you contact me I will tell you the options. We have options for vegetarians and vegans. Do you like Mexican cuisine and would you like to learn how to prepare some of the most recommended dishes during your visit to Guadalajara in a beautiful area located in a hostel right in the Downtown area a few blocks from the Metropolitan Cathedral? Come with me to enjoy this fun experience in which we will first go to the Mercado Alcalde, have a light breakfast and buy the ingredients for the selected menu; Later we will go to prepare the dishes; during the month of May to celebrate the first anniversary of this experience and as a thank you, I will give you free access to the audio guide of Guadalajara with more than 50 audios that briefly explain the historical and most relevant sites of the city.

- Meat in your juice - Typical Tapatio dish based on beef, bacon and generally accompanied by freshly made tortillas with their molcajete martajada sauce
- drowned cake - From scratch we will prepare the pork and the typical sauces of this emblematic dish
- Corn tamales - we will grind the corn kernels to prepare them in the most traditional way
- White or Red Pozole - Made with pork and nixtamalized corn grains
- Chile Stuffed with Cheese - Poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and battered with egg in its sweet tomato sauce
