This is a hands-on Gin making from scratch experience like no other! The first on the Australian Mainland and still the best! You'll learn our unique method of selecting, combining and balancing Gin botanicals to make your very on recipe. You'll then have it distilled while you enjoy a 3 course lunch with a glass of wine or two. Then take home your very own, one of a kind, bottle of Gin
