Join us for a pleasant stroll through the celebrated streets and visit the locations, buildings and monuments that have made Liverpool famous throughout the world. This is a light-hearted tour that introduces you to the key areas in Liverpool while being entertained with stories, information and anecdotes told by your guide. There are photo opportunities galore throughout the tour and your guide will point out some of the best spots. At the end of the tour you will have a good overview of Liverpool, its ancient and modern history as well as the best areas to go for, tourists, shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment and night clubs. This tour is about finding out what Liverpool has to offer as well as exploring some of its history along the route. We will touch on everything from the Beatles to ghost stories to famous people, grave robbers, local characters and interesting facts and tales. Then we will have a stroll along Hope Street learning about the residents of the past with plenty of photo opportunities as we go. You'll never guess which house it was where the cellar was used by grave robbers. Rodney Street

It is one of the few streets that the Georgian and Victorian residents would still recognise today. St Luke’s Bombed Out Church
Leece Street, , Liverpool, United Kingdom, L1 2TRWe next head down Hardman Street towards Liverpool City Centre, passing St Luke's Church (known locally as the bombed out church) that suffered extensive damage during the Second World War and remains today as a monument for the people of Liverpool who lost their lives during the conflict. Bold Street
Liverpool, United KingdomWe'll pass through one of the main shopping, cafe and bistro areas of Liverpool before walking down Church Street. The site of St Peter's Church, built in 1700 and was Liverpool's Pro-cathedral until 1926, is marked by a brass cross inlaid into the pavement. James Street
