Ocho Rios, CaribbeanThe tour guide will meet guests at their hotel or cruise ship at the time scheduled - staff will greet the guests, introduce the company and confirm correct destinations. After making sure the guests are safely in the vehicle, we begin the transport by educating the guest on the surroundings along the journey to the destination. We then give our guests a description of the site, ensuring they have every thing they need, such as water shoes and towels. The tour is fully customized so we can stop on the way for breaks, to purchase food or take pictures - whatever the guests need to make them comfortable and enhance the trip.
Upon arrival to the destination, we accompany the guest to the site, making sure they are being tended to, comfortable and having a great time. If taken to multiple destinations, the guide will be sure to inform guests of what to expect at each site.
