This is a direct entry ticket• Big Creek Expeditions Rafting Outpost • Address: 3671 Hartford Road, Hartford, TN 37753 You must have secured shoes, NO FLIP FLOPS / NO BARE FEET • Shortly after the check-in time, you and your group will receive a brief orientation talk that covers some of the basics of rafting. • Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment, including a PFD (aka life jacket), helmet and paddle. • After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/New_York time to receive 100% refund.
