- Pick up 07:30 am from the hotel lobby or airbnb of your choice (hotels within the city). It is essential to leave at this time to arrive at Chichen Itzá early and try to avoid the groups of excursionists who arrive from Cancun or Tulum, also to take advantage of the cool morning to walk around the city. The journey time is approximately 1.30 hours.
