Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Your service should arrive during the 20-minute window outlined on your confirmation. You must be ready and waiting outside your pickup point and in view of the road for the entirety of your pick up window. If you miss your allocated service, please make contact directly on +61 7 5556 9888 (international) ASAP. Ask your hotel/concierge if you require assistance. Please ensure your mobile is switched on in case we need to contact you. Passengers we are unable to locate/contact may not be eligible for refund or reimbursement. Please do not depart in a taxi without first making contact with Con-x-ion.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.
- Child seats are not provided
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Please note: if you are staying at 18 Tank St, Evolution Apartments your must make your way to The Mercure North Quay at 85-87 North Quay for pickup
- Transfer shuttle is a 21-seater mini coaster

Subsequently, passengers will be directed curbside to their departing shuttle buses. If you are unable to locate the Con-x-ion/ Coachtrans service desks, please ask one of the airport ambassadors for assistance. Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Australia/Sydney time to receive 100% refund.
