Kilchurn Castle

This ruined castle on the banks of Loch Awe was once a fortress, a comfortable residence and then ended it’s days as a garrison stronghold before being destroyed by lightning. Kilmartin Glen
Kilmartin, United KingdomWe'll get out for a nice short walk to see what is probably, the largest finding of cup and ring marked rock art in the country. These are essentially rock carvings dating back to over 4000 years ago.
