About the Activity
As a photographer and Tour Guide based in Hermanus for approximately 15 years, I am passionate about the Whales, Birds & Nature. There are seabirds, shorebirds, coastal scrub birds, water birds and mountain fynbos to experience within the Overberg. You don't need to be an avid birder, beginners & nature lovers are left thoroughly impressed by the splendour of our area, and I often have guests return for a second tour because there is simply too much to take in all in one trip. I look forward to meeting you, sharing stories and finding those birds you're searching for.3 hours

Birding in and around Hermanus offers all levels of birders opportunities to thoroughly enjoy the prolific birdlife & nature we are blessed to have be surrounded by in the Overberg. The Bird tours are either 3 hours or half day.

Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- I can collect the clients from their accommodation, if their accommodation is within a radius of 5km's of the centre of Hermanus Village, alternatively we can discuss a convenient meeting point. Bird tours generally begin early in the morning, even instances of meeting and departing Hermanus before sunset during the Spring and Summer months in order to maximise the opportunities to find, watch and photograph birds.
- Travelers will be picked up 10 minutes before departure time
