About the Activity
Our approach to surfing is a little different. All our lessons are personalised with lots of feedback and help throughout the session. We know the power of surfing, being in the Ocean and the positive impact that it can have on a person's life - we want you to have a chance to experience that! Everyone’s experience is different and that’s why all our sessions are personal and tailored to you. The sessions are perfect for complete beginners right through to the more advanced beginner. Our special blend of personalised surf coaching and ocean awareness is why people come back again and again. Our coaches are highly experienced and passionate about surfing and teaching. Kids and adults are both welcome. Come experience the magic of Strandhill, Sligo and the Wild Atlantic Waves for yourself! Perfect for complete beginners and improver surfers. Come experience the Atlantic!
Sessions are scheduled according to tides - lesson times are 10am, 12pm & 2pm depending on tide the day of your booking. We will contact you after booking to confirm a time that suits you.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM.
We meet at the Rebelle HQ 15 minutes before the lesson start time to get checked in and suited up. After this we head to the beach together as a group with our surfboards to start the lesson.
Each lesson begins on the beach with a safety briefing and full surfing lesson for 15/20 minutes. Then it’s into the Ocean for 80 minutes to continue instruction, practice what you learnt on the sand, have heaps of fun and catch lots of waves.
