This visit inside the Acetaia La Vedetta will allow you to discover all the secrets of a centenary product also called the black gold of Modena.
Claudio and Nonno franco will go through all the stages of production, including the explanation of the place where the acetification of the cooked must takes place, the only ingredient to be used according to the consortium for the real DOP balsamic vinegar.
