Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Travelers must be in their hotel lobby 10 minutes before the activity start time. The guide will present himself with his official Certified Guide identification and his name. Travelers must show their reservation ticket before starting the activity.
- Travelers will be picked up 15 minutes before departure time
