Ticket Redemption
No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket• Minimum age is 21 years • Tour leaves at 12pm sharp, it does not wait Tour length is subject to change due to local traffic conditions and group size. You may cancel up until 72 hours (3 days) before the tour for a refund should the need arise. Inside 72 hours there are no refunds. We need adequate time to refill seats that have been reserved for your party. Canceling with limited notice is rude and gives us no time to refill the seat which is why we allow no refunds inside 72 hours. If you are 3 or more days outside the scheduled tour date simply request a cancelation and refund and we will gladly grant the request. (ignore the warning that it isn't refundable)Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/New_York time to receive 100% refund.
