Arancini & Cannoli - We will cook different fillings of arancino (veggie, meat, fish). Cannoli are filled with Ricotta cheese and garnished with Pistachio, Almonds or Nuts
Rustici: Scacce Ragusane, Pastiere, Tomasini - The pastry crust is usually made with flour, lard, and water, and is then filled with the chosen ingredients before being baked until golden brown.
