Born in the region, I have been living in Saint Raphaël - Fréjus for 15 years, I have been a sports educator for 6 years, 4 years that I practice these Randos Kayak. Passionate about Sport and Nature, I share my passions with everyone, from 5 years old to 88 years old (the youngest was 3 years old with his parents, the oldest was 88 years old last year - this year the record to beat is 85 years old) . No need to know how to swim, and if you are afraid of water, use a quality guide to discover this activity and this sublime place. This walk is inimitable, you will be totally disoriented in this exceptional setting, in contact with Nature, without noise without pollution without engine. I help settling in, I learn to paddle, I reassure, and I even have ropes to tow if you feel tired. Barrels available to put your belongings, but above all to rest your back and improve your comfort. I describe everything you see, knowledge of Fauna and Flora, contact with animals...2 hours 30 minutes
