About the Activity
It rises in the Murge plateau between the Itria Valley and the gates of Salento, it has origins of the sixteenth century. Its business has four generations that for decades has preserved the traditional spirit of the Apulian farms. The protagonists of this zootechnical reality are the cows. Every day they are milked and their high quality milk, used in the company's dairy, becomes the main source from which it all begins.
