Join me for a unique experience of Kilkenny, while we sip the perfect Irish Coffee. Let me show how to recreate the perfect Irish Coffee using as many local ingredients as possible. While you enjoy your Irish Coffee, Ill tell you the weird and wonderful story of Dame Alice Kyteler the former owner of the Inn that was accused of Witchcraft, Heresy & Murder. Once finished your Irish Coffee, we'll take a tour through the medieval dungeon and underground basement. You'll learn all about the Cats and why you see their murals everywhere. Experience the spooky ambiance of the basement and what may have occured within the walls 700 years ago. Finally we pay homage to Alice at her statue learn about some of the weird things that happened over the years within the walls of the pub. Finish your tour with a little souvenir and maybe you might stay on for lunch.45 minutes

The first thing you'll do is pull up a stool and we'll have a chat in a pub that’s 700 years old. Now lets make an Irish coffee before I tell you about the haunted history and terrible things the former medieval owner got up to .
Ill show you the ingredients for your perfect Irish coffee and the tips and tricks to understanding getting the cream to float. It’s not science, it’s magic. Then its into the whiskey...The water of life.
Ill talk you through the history of whiskey in Ireland and Kilkenny. We will add our ingredients together and drink an Irish coffee together. It’s about spirits before we get to the spooky spirits.
While we sip our Irish coffee I'll chat to you about life in Kilkenny and tell you the story of Alice Kyteler the former owner of Kytelers Inn that was accused of witchcraft, heresy and murder.
While sipping the coffee, we can take a private tour of the Medieval Inn. Have your wondered why there is picture of cats everywhere?
