About the Activity
The Tanikely Marine Reserve's coral reef has been selected as one of the 10 most beautiful snorkelling sites on Earth! Not to mention the magnificent snow-white sandy beaches and the beauty of the jungle that covers the island. On the breathtaking coral reef of Tanikely, we offer snorkelling or even a 10–15-minute real scuba diving experience by our special, 1 Liter mini scuba tanks! Our guests with their tour guide can easily experience the thrill of floating directly above the coral reefs in a cavalcade of colourful tropical fish, or swimming for minutes with a sea turtle, even without a diving licence. With our braver guests in a one-hour trek we walk around this small jewel island and admire the black sandy and rocky coast on the other side of the island. During the day we will also visit the lighthouse which gives an amazing view to the surrounding archipelago and to Madagascar. The trip includes a delicious Malagasy lunch on the coast in the shade of coconut palms.7 hours to 8 hours

Nosy Tanikely
Madagascar, 207Take a whole day trip with snorkelling and scuba diving, sunbathing, and an authentic Malagasy lunch at the white sandy coast of Tenikely. During the day we take an easy walk in the jungle on a path to visit the lighthouse which was built in 1805 and gives an amazing view to the surrounding archipelago and to the mainland Madagascar.
With our braver passengers in a one-hour easy trek we walk around this small jewel island and you can also admire the black sandy and rocky coast on the other side of the island. You will meet chameleons, lemurs, megabats, lizards, and plenty of other interesting inhabitants. On the coral reef which is part of the best 10 snorkel places worldwide, we offer snorkeling or a 10–15-minute real scuba diving experience using our special mini scuba tanks. You will meet giant turtles, stingrays, giant clams, a wide variety of beautifully shaped corals, and the colorful tropical fish that live among them.

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We can pick you up anywhere in Nosy Be also other than the hotels on this list. Fossa Travel also has special permition to pick up the guests directly in the port deck when a cruiser ship arrives. Whether we pick up you up from your hotel or bungalow, or you come to our office, the departure is always from our office in the main square of Hell-Ville. There we will take whatever you may need (e.g. snorkel equipment and tanks, sunscreen, hammock, etc.) and host you for a Malagasy tea, coffee or refreshment juice before departure while explaining the day's programme.
