Xochimilco is a unique protected natural reserve in the world, full of history and tradition, where the ancient Aztecs once sailed, harvested and lived.
-5:00am we will pick you up at your hotel or airbnb
-We will arrive at the pier where you will be given a brief explanation and recommendations
-We will begin to navigate through the incredible channels of Xochimilco mounted on a kayuko. In this part, we will appreciate the sunrise while we observe the Iztaccíhuatl and Popocatépetl volcanoes in the background while the sun rises behind them.
-We will arrive at a Chinampa, this ancient Mesoamerican method of agriculture that persists to this day, where a completely organic breakfast will be prepared that will be harvested at that very moment.
-while breakfast is ready you will receive an explanation about Xochimilco and its past by an expert guide, while you drink a delicious pot coffee
-We will have breakfast and at the end you can plant your own plants to maintain sustainability.
-We will sail back to the pier, on this journey you will enjoy Xochimilco with light and in all its splendor.
- Arriving at the pier we will return to your Hotel or to the point of the city that you indicate.
