While Emerald Cave is frequently featured on social media and can have long lines, it only accommodates 8-10 people at a time. Customers must make their own way to and meet at the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

- Vessels have weight restrictions of 260lb / 118kg / 18st PER PERSON for safety reasons per manufacturer of equipment.
- Please note that there is 260lb/118kg/18st weight restriction for single kayaks and 550lb/250kg/39st for 2 person kayaks.

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
