Experience Vermont nature in a meaningful and memorable way with a guided approach inspired by the Japanese art of shinrin-yoku (literally translated as “forest bathing”). You'll be offered guided prompts, or “invitations”, that tap into all your senses. Not just your 5 senses, but also your intuition, imagination, and more. This experience is a combination of stationary time and walking on easy to moderate terrain. We can adapt to your mobility needs. The guided invitations encourage mindfulness and range from contemplative to playful interaction with nature. We begin with a sensory-awakening meditation to get grounded and connect with your world in new ways. This immersive experience is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to quiet your mind, relax your body, let your curiosity wander and be inspired by nature.
