Whittier, United StatesWhittier, Alaska is a small historic town with a big impact on Alaska. Now the primary port of call for Anchorage the majority of cruise passengers flying into or out of Anchorage will pass, however briefly, through Whittier. To gain access to Whittier guests will go in and out of the Anton Anderson Tunnel, a 2.7 mile bi-modal bi-directional tunnel which cars share with the railroad.
