Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We also pick up from Villas Please be on time for your pick up When you disembark the cruise ship you will make your way through the cruise terminal. Please follow the green line on the ground to the general exit. At the general exit you will make a left turn making your way to the departure area for all tours. The first area is for the large busses. Your pick up will be directly behind that at the independent operator dispatch gates to meet your tour guide.

YOUR PICK-UP WINDOW IS: 8:00-10am Please note you will be contacted the day before your tour with you exact pick up time. If you are not contacted please call 246 231-2932 to reconfirm your pick up time as times can sometimes change due to pick up schedules for the day. Please note the following: It is vital to be on time for your tour, please be ready and waiting in the lobby of your hotel. Our guides can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes for you if you are late. If you have not already done so please provide us with your room number, if you have not yet checked in to your resort please email us at reservations@barbadostoursandexcursions.com after you have and provide the number. This will make your pick up process run efficiently. If you are not staying at a hotel please provide the location pin and a contact number that you can be reached at during your stay. Our guides can contact you on whatsapp so if you have a whatsapp number that is best.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Barbados time to receive 100% refund.
