Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Departure Point: The tour departs from the cruise ship dock in Skagway, Alaska. Guests staying at many local lodgings can be picked up for the tour. Please let us know the name of your lodging. Cruise Guests: Meet your guide just past the Skagway cruise pier security gate. They will be holding a sign with the Rainbow Glacier Adventures logo on it. Hotel and B&B Guests: This tour departs from in front of your lodging. Watch for the van with the Rainbow Glacier Adventures logo.
- Travelers will be picked up 30 minutes before departure time

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket • Passports are required to cross the US/Canadian border. We cannot wait for you to go back to the ship to grab your passport if you forget it. • You will not get a refund if you forget your passport. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Hotel pickups commence prior to this time • This tour does not go on the train.Cancellation & Refunds
