About the Activity
Join our small Wine Tour group to explore a huge variety of Hawkes Bay Wines lasting all afternoon. Visit 4 very different Wineries. 2 - Boutique Wineries set in the world famous Gimblett Gravels. Learn about the region, how, why, and what Wines are produced in what is regarded as the “Premium Wine Region in New Zealand”. Visit a 3rd boutique Winery set in sheep growing country. Walk around the Vineyards learning the Winemaking process from the Vine to the Bottle, Visit New Zealand’s only Vegetarian (Vegan) certified Winery. This is a “must do” experience. You will also visit the oldest Winery in New Zealand. Here you will learn about their history dating back to the 1830’s in Lyon, France. You will finish the tour with a small souvenir, and a souvenir Wine glass. All tastings, admissions and any drinks advertised are included in the tour price. Tour is door to door within Napier on the day.5 hours 30 minutes

Visit another "unique" Boutique Winery producing spectacular "Natural" Wines. Here you can either take a guided walk around a Chardonnay vineyard and working Winery, to learn the process from the Vine to your Glass, or, enjoy a cheese board / platter. Please inform us of your choice when booking. You will taste a great number of Wines from their range.
Visit New Zealand's third oldest Winery and taste a flight of premium Wines in the beautiful French styled Cellar.
Finally learn the history and taste a flight of Wines at New Zealand's oldest Winery.

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We offer a free pickup service anywhere within Napier. Please note your location when booking. This tour is NOT suitable for Cruise Ship passengers.. Sorry, your shore times time will not allow this. See our Shore Excursion Wine and Beer Tour version.
