Standing on a board the first time is not easy as it looks (photos, videos, ads etc.) so in many years of experience we developed a simple technique to teach how to stand and how to perform some basic maneuvers in the most simple and intuitive way! We will be practicing inside the Playa Flamingo bay, so we are protected form waves for an introductory class to Stand Up Paddle in flat water.
It consists of a theoretical part, in which the instructor gives the basic notions before entering the water, and a practical part in which you start paddling, first on your knees and then standing up. It usually takes place at Flamingo Beach.
The total duration is 2 hours. The price per person is 50€.
The price includes the lesson, all necessary equipment (board, leash, paddle, rash guard, life jacket) and insurance coverage.
