Better By Bike offers high-end E-Bikes and all the gear you need to have the Best Day Ever! Our customers are fully supported by our friendly and experienced staff. We set you up for a great ride with E-Bike instructions and a trail safety briefing before you begin the trail. Better By Bike is a well-established bike tour operator with over 12 years experience operating in Queenstown, New Zealand. We are located at the start of the Rail Trail at the Murwillumbah Railway Station. Only 40mins drive from Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. The trail is suited for all ages and abilities, we offer tag-along bikes and chariots or baby seats so families can also enjoy the trail ride together! The E-Bikes we provide are powered by Bosch to go the distance making the ride as comfortable and relaxing as possible. If you decide to ride one way only we can collect you with our shuttle bus, for a small fee. Our priority is that you enjoy your day, let us take care of the details.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.
