- All seats come with seat backs and seatbelts
- Each rider must fill out a liability waiver prior to riding
- Must be over 21+ to drink. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent, legal aged spouse, or guardian and is not permitted to drink under any circumstance
- BYOB (36oz of beer or 18oz of wine) per rider. No glass or liquor is allowed on the tour

Ticket Redemption
No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketWe require at least 6 riders to launch a tour. If the minimum amount of riders is not met the day before your tour, you may be refunded and the tour will be cancelled unless we are able to move you to a different time slot to complete another tour. Each rider must also sign a liability waiver before arriving for their tour. The waiver link can be found on our website. Please review our rules on alcohol, safety, and weather on our website at trolleypub.com/columbus and send an email to columbus@trolleypub.com so we can forward over important information regarding your reservation. Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/New_York time to receive 100% refund.
