Luna Park is the oldest theme park in Australia attracting thousands of visitors every year to enjoy some of the most iconic rides in Melbourne. Built in 1912, Luna Park is a testament to the bygone era of American amusement parks in the style of Coney Island, New York. The most famous of the Park’s attractions is its Roller Coaster – The Great Scenic Railway, a large wooden coaster that projects its passengers, at high speed, around the outside of the entire Park.
