These courses are designed to provide a user-friendly, personalized experience. These are real moments of sharing and exchange. I show them that pastry is an art accessible to all. I teach different pastry techniques, and I give a lot of tips. Pastry is a passion and the joy of passing on to others is above all a lot of pleasure. Classes are given in French and can also be given in English.
