About the Activity
This sport is inclusive and we've taught ages 13-70+ to get up and ride. Efoiling is a feeling that can't be described but can only be experienced. Whether you're a complete beginner or an avid thrill-seeker, we'll teach you how to glide and fly above the calm water of the Dana Point Cove Beach. It's easier than regular surfing! We start the lesson with a short safety briefing on the sand. We explain how to have the best success learning to ride the board by first balancing on your stomach, then on your knees, then with one foot up and one knee down, and then finally standing up to ride. Once you're comfortable standing/surfing, we can teach you how to foil, which means getting the board above the water to create that amazing flying feeling!1 hour 30 minutes
