Once arrived at the Audarya's estate we will visit the different vineyard and you will see the different grape variety and the training system. Then we will visit the production area where you will learn about the wine making process, from the pressing to the bottling, aging in barrel included. Once the tour will be finished, you will be accompanied to the tasting room. There you will have a guided tasting of 4 different wines accompanied by a selection of local products such as bread, cheese and cold cults.
