The story of our Fondue Hüsli began with my passion for the culinary world of Switzerland. Inspired by the idyllic Alpine landscapes and the region's traditional cheese dishes, I wanted to create an atmosphere that would transport guests into a world of enjoyment and togetherness. Our Fondue Hüsli is a place of romance and togetherness. Under a roof decorated with fairy lights, you can immerse yourself in the warmth of the cheese and the magic of the moment. It is the ideal place for dates, anniversaries or just to celebrate life and love. Our romantic fondue hut in the heart of our picturesque garden invites you to experience the magic of Swiss cheese cuisine. Our fondue is the heart of this experience. A renowned Moitié-Moitié that you prepare yourself, made from fresh Gruyère and creamy Vacherin. Each ingredient is carefully selected to give you the most authentic taste experience. I am sure that attention to detail makes the difference and I leave nothing to chance to ensure that every fork is a feast for your senses.
We start with an exquisite aperitif platter, which is served with delicious meat specialties from the Freiburg region and an excellent wine from this area. Then it's up to you, because you will stir the fondue yourself, carefully monitor the rechaud and demonstrate your patience until the cheese has melted into the wine into a tempting creaminess. Then it’s “Bon appetit”. I serve it with bread and potatoes, black tea and wine. Finally, the long-awaited dessert awaits you as the crowning finale: crispy meringues with double crème.View Location

Take bus number 1 from Friborg train station in the direction of "La Gérine". Our house is located 300 m from the "Les Rittes" bus stop, on the ch. du Bois des Rittes 28, at the very back of the district on the edge of the forest.
